Hi. I belong to the Charleston Tennis Club in Chas. WV, but one of my favorite places to play is still the public hard courts at Watt Powell Park where I started. Tennis there competes with softball, Little League baseball, pick-up basketball, and oh yes, the trains that are just a stone's throw away. But I don't care; Watt Powell is where so many of us started playing, and it is the place where you could always get a match, regardless of whether you were a top-ranked junior, a college-level player, or a weekend hacker.
